It is designed for safe use by little hands and features a clamshell-style unit with an easy-grip handle and a break-away hinge that won't pinch little fingers. It features a volume control and two distinct play options: interactive rhyming verse narration and question-and-answer mode. My First Story Reader comes packaged with three interchangeable Baby Einstein rhyming story/songbooks, and three-book refill packages include books from Sesame Street and Winnie the Pooh. A new three-book refill package featuring Thomas the Tank Engine will be available in fall 2006.
